Cosima, [1] a new Mediterranean inspired restaurant by THE Donna, Donna Crivello, of Donna's Coffehouse & Cafe fame, and partner, Alan Hirsch, will open at Mill No. 1 adjacent to Hampden and Woodberry this Winter.  Cosima, [1] plans to highlight the fresh Mediterranean cuisine of Sicily and captures the authentic essence of traditional Southern Italian flavors. And, having my tastebuds tempted by many of Chef Donna's creations, this should be a delightful addition to the Baltimore foodie scene.

Tucked along the Jones Falls, Cosima will help locals experience authentic Southern Italian experience in the heart of Baltimore. Details forthcoming from a private tasting.
