Park Hyatt Washington will host Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine, a seasonal culinary & beverage experience on Saturday, March 22, saluting the ingredients, flavors, and talents of local chefs, regional artisans, and sommeliers. This special Park Hyatt Masters event will feature a tasting of fine wines paired with seasonal cherry bites.

 

Cherry Sips & Bites from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Celebrate the spirit of the spring season and the city’s famed cherry blossoms at Park Hyatt Washington.  Led by Blue Duck Tavern Sommelier Gene Alexeyev, the ‘Masters’ experience will take participants on an educational journey, learning the art of fine wine. Each of the wines selected by Gene will be paired with delicious cherry blossom-inspired bites prepared by new Chef de Cuisine Daniel Singhofen & Pastry Chef Naomi Gallego.
