Focusing on the unique needs of the New York City community, WIN.NYC is dedicated to empowering young, pro-choice, Democratic women. The spirit of women helping women climb the ladder of success is the cornerstone of our chapter. WIN.NYC provides progressive women with access to networking and professional development opportunities not available anywhere else in New York City. 

WIN.NYC is an organization run on volunteer power and membership is crucial to our success.  Members are provided with various leadership opportunities, enabling them to work at the front lines of the WIN movement.
