The Oval the new “Park on the Parkway,” will officially kick-off its summer season’s Sunday Family “Oval” Party. The Oval will host a variety of family related activities including live music, face painting, and the Sprout characters. The Philly Hoopstarz will perform a hoop dance and hold a hula hoop contest. The Free Library of Philadelphia will host Techmobile which is a mobile computer lab. The Philadelphia Fire Department will also have fire education literature to learn about fire safety. Food trucks will be on site.
