Gin is IN! Redwood Restaurant and Green Hat Gin are partnering up to present you with a gin tasting and cocktail making event on Tuesday, July 23. Come meet with the Co-owner and distiller of Green Hat Gin and learn how to make smooth gin cocktails from our very own Beverage Manager Nate Mann.

We will be tasting two Green Hat Gins:  First is the year-round recipe, which is a nicely balanced award-winning spirit with herbal notes of sage, lemongrass and celery seed, as well as citrus and baking spices.  Second is the Spring/Summer seasonal gin, which is more floral (cherry blossoms, clover blossoms, rosehips) and more citrusy, and made with fresh local rosemary.

Then learn how to whip up a gin cocktail like a pro. With these inspiring gin cocktails created by Nick Mann, you will be sure to be the best host at your own cocktail party.

We will also provide our tasty flatbread. Grab a friend and come enjoy a light bite and gin tasting/cocktail making class.
