The Dance Institute of Washington Hosts a Special Winter Open House 

“Fall in Love with Dance”

It’s time to dance, Washington, DC!

The Dance Institute of Washington, founded by former Dance Theatre of Harlem soloist Fabian Barnes, invites all members of the DC community to attend a special Open House event, “Fall in Love with Dance”, held Saturday, March 2nd and Sunday, March 3rd at DIW’s state-of-the-art dance studio  in flourishing Columbia Heights.

Experience a weekend of dance like no other!

In commemoration of the Dance Institute’s 25th Anniversary, this Open House is an open invitation from the students and teachers of DIW to participants of all ages, from children to adults and senior citizens, to come and discover what the buzz is all about. “Fall in Love with Dance” will offer free sample dance classes, mini performance exhibitions, dance program auditions, and a fun registration drive for DIW’s 2013 Summer Programs.

DIW’s doors are opening, and it’s time for the people of DC to “dance like no one is watching” (Mark Twain).
