Give thanks to Mother nature starting on Sunday, April 22nd, 2012 (Earth Day) to April 29th, 2012 at Davio's, Philadelphia's favorite Northern Italian Steakhouse. Davio’s will be serving a four-course prix-fixe dinner menu for $65.00 per person (tax and gratuity not included). The menu will feature sustainable and locally sourced ingredients from Blue Moon Acres farm for seasonally inspired dishes, created by Executive Chef David Boyle, such as the Heirloom tomato salad, grilled spring onions, baby basil and Grilled New Zealand rack of lamb, bucks county broccoli, baby fennel, mint & tomato jam. Top off your earthy feast with some “Dirt” dessert created by Pastry Chef Thomas Heck, prepared with oreo cookie crumbs, vanilla custard, strawberry compost and molded chocolate worms. Come in on April 22nd, 2012 to kick off Earth Day and have your dessert served in a clay pot to take home and enjoy!
