Maryland Chef brings exclusive California Oils & tasting Bar concept to Mid-Atlantic

This weekend, I took a stroll around Hampden, 'down da Avenue Hon,' as they say in Baltimore. I ran into Wine guru pal, Sharon Charny and her beau, Chef Heinz Woschitz, behind the sample bar at The Wine Source. What were they serving samples off? No, not wine, but olive oils and heavenly balsamic vinegars.

Former Baltimore hotelier and Food & Beverage Executive, Chef Heinz has recently launched a unique wholesale company in Baltimore, Maryland called Tasting Bars, LLC. The company is distributing a line of certified California Extra Virgin Olive Oils & Vinegars available in bulk or already bottled.
