La Tasca - Downtown DC

How many times has one come to a restaurant and wanted to order a bit of everything..? Then, one realizes that spending $25 a plate and trying everything may result in a bill that may run into thousands of dollars?..Perfect solution: La Tasca. La Tasca offers many varieties of small plates as well as larger dishes. Small dishes do not encompass just one type of food. There are vegetables, Greek food, Spanish fool, etc - all of which are splendid choices. Their hummus is truly the best I have tasted in any local restaurant. Their potatoes and empanadas are also quite memorable as being very tasty! In addition to all of this, La Tasca is VERY affordable. Small plates begin in the 3 to 4 dollar range (so, if you are not that hungry, this is a wonderful place to visit, as well). There is nothing I would change. Each time I have been there, service has been fast and attentive. There is no reason why I shouldn't give La Tasca 5 hearts and suggest it to everyone I know. :)
