Paloma Mexican Haute Cuisine has recently moved to 763 South 8th Street following a successful 10-year run in Northeast Philadelphia. This highly-acclaimed French-Mexican fine dining restaurant will forever change the way you think of Mexican food. There are no nachos, burritos or sauces covered in melted cheese. Chef-owner Adán Saavedra combines Mexican ingredients with French cooking techniques to produce dishes that are refined, elegant, beautiful and full of flavor without the heat of spice. We will, of course, gladly accommodate those who prefer more chile heat! Our extensive dessert selection changes often and is completely house-made. Chocolate-orange layer cake and white chocolate cajeta cheesecake are usually available, as is a broad array of sorbets made with fresh fruit.
