Our Resort is perfectly located in the beautiful Litchfield Beach/Pawleys Island section of the Grand Strand. This location affords our guest easy access to all the sights and sounds of Myrtle Beach, yet still offers that secluded, "away from it all" feeling a vacation should have. Spread out over 5 square miles we offer a superb selection of recreational amenities, including golf, tennis, shopping and dining, along with the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast. Pets are not permitted. Houseparties are prohibited. Motorcycles, Motorhomes and Trailers are only permitted in the North Parking Lot at the Resort's main building which is close to the Hotel and Seaside Inn. One night deposit including taxes and fees is required to confirm all reservations. |

Directions |

From Myrtle Beach AFB/Intl Airport - Under normal traffic conditions you can expect it to take you approximately 30 minutes. Take Bypass 17 south to Litchfield we will be on your left 2 miles past Brookgreen Gardens and the Huntington Beach State Park. Enter the resort -turn left / towards the ocean- at the light at Willbrook Blvd. After entering the resort follow the signs to Guest Registration. All of our guests check-in at the main lobby. There you will receive a map and directions to your accomodations.
The Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort is located in Pawley's Island SC just off highway 17.

Cancellation Policy |

If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 processing fee. Deposits on all cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. |
