The property underwent a $4 million dollar comprehensive renovation completed in April 2002. Each guest room and suite has a private balcony, individual climate control and free high speed internet access. The rooms with a king sized bed are furnished with a work desk with and an overstuffed chair and ottoman. Mulligan's Neighborhood Grill and Raw Bar restaurant is the talk of the town, open 6:30am-11:00pm with room service available. Additionally, the hotel features a fitness center and outdoor swimming pool. Just across the beach access road are public beachside picnic areas with BBQ grills, beachside children's playground, and volleyball courts. The hotel offers free USA Today (Mon.-Fri.). Dry cleaning service is avaiable (Mon.-Fri.) as well as on-premises coin operated washer/dryer. The Pompano fishing pier is just 2 blocks North of the property.
