Dar Beida
Located near the Casablanca Bar, Dar Beida is a traditional Moroccan restaurant reminiscent of an Arab tent. It is the most authentic and picturesque Moroccan restaurant in Casablanca. Every evening an Oriental orchestra, singers and a belly dancer entertain our guests in real Moroccan style. The food served at Dar Beida is the most famous in town and varies from couscous to tagine and pastilla, not forgetting all the different Moroccan salads and pastries. Dar Beida is open daily from 8:00 pm to 2:00 am, so you will have plenty of time to enjoy your traditional tea and the unique atmosphere of 1,001 nights.
Wong Kung
Wong Kung is the most authentic Asian restaurant in Casablanca. Enjoy specialities from the Far East. Open every day except Sunday from 7:00 pm until 11:00 pm.
L'Olivier
L'Olivier is the first Mediterranean restaurant in Casablanca, bringing you new flavours from France, Spain and Italy. Enjoy tasty and colourful cuisine in a typically Mediterranean atmosphere. Our Chef is happy to recommend typical dishes from the south, cooked and flavoured Provençale-style, such as Dorade al Orno. The Golden Gates
Overlooking the busy lobby, The Golden Gates buffet restaurant could be described as an all-day restaurant. On one side it opens to the Lobby Lounge, on the other it faces the entrance of Wong Kung Asian restaurant and L'Olivier Mediterranean restaurant. The buffet is offered for breakfast, with egg dishes and Moroccan pancakes. For lunch, The Golden Gates is known for its international buffet and other specialities. Open daily from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, The Golden Gates spills over to the Lobby Lounge Al Faras, which is open from 10 am to midnight; it's the ideal meeting place for a morning coffee, a snack, afternoon tea or an early evening cocktail. While you relax, listen to the pianist playing your favourite songs. An experience once sampled, never forgotten.
Les Bougainvillées
While enjoying Casablanca's summer climate, take advantage of our lovely pool and the outdoor restaurant, Les Bougainvillées, open for lunch and offering refreshing salads, barbecued dishes and pizzas. Open every day during the summer from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Bar Casablanca
Our Piano-Bar, the Bar Casablanca has a unique decoration, based on the movie Casablanca, bringing back to life Ingrid Bergman, Humphrey Bogart and Rick's Café. Black House
Located on the lobby level behind the Lobby Lounge, the Black House awaits you with its unique ambience. The impact is dramatic with black and red decor throughout. The video equipment and monitors are the most advanced of their kind. The head waiter will be happy to recommend a wide choice of cocktails. There is no strict dress code, but smart casual is preferred and entry is restricted to those over 18. Dancing starts around midnight and usually lasts until 3:00 am or later every evening.
