Our location not only provides easy access from the East Coast's major interstate, but is also very convenient for a wide range of travelers. We are five minutes from Quantico Marine Corps Base, fifteen minutes from historic, downtown Fredericksburg, and within an hours drive of Washington, D.C. many groups have found it very cost-effective to stay at our property during their trips to our nations capital because we do not charge Big City rates. Our outdoor pool opens April 1 and we also have several activities within walking distance of the motel such as miniature golf, 10 movie theaters, several restaurants for all tastes, an exercise facility, cleaners, and shopping. Airport limousine service is available to and from our property by appointment. Corporate, group, and government rates are also available.
