Eventually come to a large roundabout with a replica of a train on it. Take first left onto Riverside Road and first left onto Tower Street. Drive into multi storey upto level 6. There is an entrance to hotel from level 6

Follow one way system across the river tees until eventually come to a large roundabout with a replica of a train on it. Take 3rd exit onto Riverside Road and 1st left into Tower Street.
