Located just a few steps from Chanot park, site of the Congress Centre (where Marseille's International Fair is held) and velodrome, the Citadines Marseille at Prado Chanot is a good base for those who are here on business or pleasure. The Prado is a residential and business area, whose central avenue thrives with activity - cinemas, restaurants, shops and daily markets dot this area. Located halfway between the Canebiere and the beaches of Prado (with seaside park), you are not far from Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde. Most areas of interest are easily accessible by public transport. Absolute musts: a boat trip to the Chateau d'If, in the wake of the Count of Monte Cristo, hero of Dumas' novel of the same name. |
