Oceana Tower Standard
:
Facing the northern part of the island and the Philippine Sea, rooms are 33 sq. meters and have two full sized beds and a loveseat couch or two guest chairs. The d??cor has decidedly contemporary flavor with a touch of tropical flair. Located in both Ocean Towers 1 and Tower 2, the majority of these rooms allow for an excellent value while overlooking the Waterpark. Mineral water is provided upon check in. Each room has individually controlled central air conditioning, remote-control TV with cable channels, bathtub, toilet, hair dryer, IDD telephone, keycard electronic lock system, secure in-room safe and bedside radio.
Oceana Tower Superior

Facing PIC??s signature Waterpark, all rooms are 33 sq. meters and have two full sized beds and a loveseat couch or two guest chairs. Each room has individually controlled central air conditioning, remote control TV with cable channels, bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, IDD telephone, keycard electronic lock system, secure in-room safe and bedside radio.
Royal Tower Club

120 Ocean Front Rooms face the tranquil Philippine Sea. Each room is 38- 45 sq. meters with a loveseat couch or two guest chairs. Amenities include a nightly turndown service, daily mineral water, Waffle robes and slippers. Each room has individually controlled central air conditioning, remote control TV with cable channels, bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, IDD telephone, keycard electronic lock system, secure in-room safe , bedside radio., Free Internet Access (either in room or at the new Internet Business center), free local phone calls and the free use of a cellular phone ( a prepaid Phone card must be obtained). In addition, all Royal Club guests have complimentary access to the Royal Club lounge (open 7:00am- 10:00pm) which offers a Continental breakfast service from 7:00am-10:00am and a Sunset Cocktail setting from 5:00- 7:00pm

The Cafe has a variety for all guests at anytime of the day or night serving specialty coffees and fresh baked pastries pizzas the Best Burger on Guam pastas and a variety of original appetizers throughout the day and evening. Hand scooped ice cream varieties beverages and light lunches are also available to go.
Pacific Fantasies Dinner Show
open daily 630p-930p The exciting award winning Pacific Fantasies Show takes place under the stars in PICs Amphitheater. A scrumptious fiesta style dinner is followed by the exuberant dances of Micronesia and Polynesia. Reservations suggested.
Sunset Bar
open daily 9a-10p Open throughout the day the Sunset Bar serves hamburgers hot dogs pizza snacks and drinks in a beautiful beachfront setting. At night do not miss our casual and fun cook-your-own American Style BBQ Dinner.
Cafe Espress
open daily 630a-10p Located in the lobby of the Royal Tower the PIC coffee bar is open to serve specialty coffees pastries juices and teas. Light sandwiches are also available.
Pool Bar
open 9a-11p daily The Pool Bar is a great place to cool off and relax while quenching your thirst with a tropical drink. Hot dogs pizza and snake are available day or night. Happy hour by the pool is from 4PM-6PM. Entertainment begins at 845p with a live band or dance shows.
