"When you're Strange," The documentary of Jim Morrison and "The Doors"

I just went to the premier event of "When you're Strange," The documentary of Jim Morrison and "The Doors". It was a trip back to evolutionary times. Morrison was brilliant and so talented, an excellent poet as well as musician. No actors, all real footage most from a movie Morrison made but did not release commercially. This was mixed in with concert material. Takes you back to when the good Rock was created.

I also loved "The girl with the Dragon Tattoo"-an exciting thriller, so well done.
Had fantastic thick hot chocolate while walking down Columbus Ave, near 73rd st. Jacques Torres is the best. An entire meal, yum.
Most refreshing.
