HUDSON EATERY-New NYC Restaurant combines 'coolness' and comfort food

Hudson Eatery “Midtown West Gets Reinvigorated with New Restaurant Ready for Media Power Lunches and Nighttime Partiers” May 25, The Trantides Brothers will open a modern upbeat dining experience and late night bar scene to the emerging Midtown West area, which was recently named

Hudson Eatery  located on 57th between West Street and 11th Avenue in the brand new Helena Luxury High Rise is in one of New York Magazines’ “Neighborhoods to Watch”. The spot will transition from daytime lunching on Modern American Comfort Food to a Night time hangout complete with Celebrity Guest DJ’s, Dim lights and an intimate mood.

Early on, Hudson Eatery is establishing itself as a new player on New York’s ever evolving dining and nightlife scene. The owners, Jack and Charlie Trantides and Peter Sereti are veterans in the New York Nightlife. In the late 90's they opened nightclub, Joy and have owned and operated Central Lounge, and  Ammos an upscale Greek restaurant in Midtown.

We are interested in their signature Tuesday Night Dinner Parties, which owner Jack Trantides says will be “Something similar to Bagatelle’s Saturday Brunch” and will begin May 25th, with a big Opening Night bash hosted by Celebrity Blogger Micah Jesse. “We want to have fun with this place and give people easy great food we know they already love to eat and a great spot to hang out in, in an area we see that can really use it.” Private Events have already begun to book up quickly in this space that is no stranger to the media giants that surround it.
