The views at the top of the Silo Point Condominiums sky lounge is amazing. I watched the royal Carribean leave the Port of Baltimore. I hav seen a lot of waterfront views in Baltimore, Silo Point Condos truly is one of the best Baltimore views.

I became a resident in March. The place is everything that was marketing and more! Also, I keep hearing comments that the "condos are not selling". This simply IS NOT true! The information being published by Pat Turner is accurate and not padding the numbers to make the project look good. I checked SDAT after the Baltimore Sun's latest report on the 2nd quarter condo sales in Baltimore. Silo Point accounted from 46.7% of those sales based on my math!
