Giving Back To The Bay-Oceanaire Seafood Room Baltimore-I am trying to get involved with “giving back” to the community and to the Chesapeake Bay. One new way I have found to do this is partnering with an Oyster Recovery Program. Here at The Oceanaire, I am saving all of my oyster shells and weekly, a representative from the oyster recovery is coming to pick them up. This sounds like a very simple task, however all of the work that goes into it after they pick them up is amazing.
