Waggin’ Trails is entirely run by volunteers deeply dedicated to animal rescue. The majority of our rescues are in shelters awaiting adoption. Sadly, many are euthanized due to shelter overcrowding. Our mission is to save these companion animals, as well as others who are neglected, abused, or simply forgotten, by transporting them to less crowded facilities where they will be readily adopted. We partner with organizations in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Western Canada; organizations that share our rescue philosophy so we can ensure these worthy animals find their forever homes.
