Porter's Pub-Federal Hill MD restaurants

Gunpowder bison nachos with brussel sprout slaw w/ tomato corn relish, warm spinach salad with fresh salmon, fresh chocolate and/or peanut butter mouse made fresh, this is a true gem in the Federal Hill Restaurant scene. Did I mention the blueberry bread pudding is to die for? Chef Ben Troast and Owner Kevin Cooper!

PORTER's PUB has reopened as well, PORTER's. KEVIN COOPER writes CITYPEEK exclusively that he and his partner are busy redesigning space, elegant menu, which is actually posted on door and is very excited to feed Federal Hill. They also just received their liquor license! Kevin was voted one of Baltimore's Best Bartenders while at his roost @ REGI's-the 'CHEERS BAR of FEDERAL Hill'. Try to french fries--almost nachos, but salty old bay, crab, cheese, scallions, chili drenches french fries-wow! Half off 5-7 pm!

Had an awesome brunch (which they serve till 3pm on weekends)fluffy hotcakes with seasonal fruit - which was added into the batter, not on the side - yum! Served with either bacon or sausage, and plenty of maple syrup. Companion had the Angus burger - 10 oz char-grilled with horseradish sauce, came perfectly cooked medium well, per request. Also included house salad, a tasty mix of greens, cucumbers, goat cheese, and a light sesame-style dressing. The remodeled dining room seemed much larger and brighter, and the service was spot on!
