The service was friendly and attentive.  The atmosphere was fun and inviting.  If you are looking for a quiet meal, this place isn’t for you. However, if you want a little excitement and high energy, and enclosed patio with a fire, this is the place for you.

The calamari is nicely cooked and not tough or chewy and the spicy aioli dipping sauce, which it is served with, adds a nice flavor contrast. Don’t forget the traditional Edamame that is lightly tossed with kosher salt.

Beautiful spot, good happy hour, food is pretty good, but skip the sushi (ahi wonton crisps are awesome, though!)

I have been to Kona Grill in Baltimore on 3 different occasions. On all 3 visits, I've only tried the appetizers/finger foods and drinks. I must say, I'm a huge fan of the avocado egg rolls and their flatbreads! I am not a sushi fan, so unfortunately can't rate them on that, however my friends who have eaten the sushi here have raved about the quantities and quality!!

The space inside is exquisite; open and modern-esque. I can't wait til the summer weather to see the "patio" section opened up!

Also inside the patio room is a lounge area (think sofas and lounge chairs), with a center table which displays a fire pit! It's a great touch and definitely adds warmth! It was already a bit warm inside so unfortunately had to have the waiter put the fire out or we'd need twice as much beer just to cool us off :)

The service was also exceptional on all 3 visits, and even the house wines were of good flavor! I'll be back for sure!

Went to Kona last week with some friends for a holiday dinner this place just gets better and better. My friends from Atlanta were very impressed with the food, wine, and service and decor. They gave Kona an A+++. You really have to get there and experience it for yourself! Highly recommend...

SO glad we tried the Kona Grill this weekend. Fresh (both in atmosphere and food), fun and delicious. The sake marinated sea bass was perfect, and the drinks are innovative and eclectic. Kona Grill reviews-My friend LOVES the caterpillar roll, I love the edamame and the chicken oriental salad. Next, must try the salmon and asparagus salad-a new tip. Also the truffle oil steak pizza!

Awesome spot for all food cravings from pizza-sushi-salads to steaks. Kona Grill has an easy menu, broad range, tried a skinny marg and great salad-cabbage w/grilled chicken to perfection and a sesame dressing-my table loved it! My friend's caterpillar roll got devoured before I could grab a price. in Baltimore and 24 other locations!

6 of us headed out to Kona Grill in Baltimore on Friday evening. We were so thrilled with our new find! You would never believe that Kona is a chain. The restaurant was pretty crowded and the manager came over to see that we were doing alright - what service! The drinks were delicious, love that they have a "skinny" cocktail menu! I especially recommend the raspberry mojito (not-skinny, but delicious)! I had the sushi assortment which was also exceptionally good. Can't wait to go back and try something else. They have a many options it was so hard to choose! I've already decided this will be my birthday spot in January:-)

This picture was taken at the Kona Grill in Baltimore, which is becoming one of my and my boyfriend's favorite venues because of the great HH specials and open lounge/bar space. We stumbled upon it one night, found the food to be eclectic and tasty (sushi, pizza, sliders, you name it) and decided to come back two weeks later to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The birthday event for my boyfriend was great, thanks to our excellent bartender Kamie (spelling?). We'll be back, no doubt.

Kona Grill Opening was amazing. It was an extravaganza topping any of recent note to introduce Baltimore's new restaurant hot-spot in downtown. Sexy, hot interior with two 1000 gallon, enormous fish tanks, lounge music, fire pits. The spot has something for everyone and is very much going to be the new dinner date spot as well as lunch with clients or a cocktail with a friend.

Monday night I had dinner at a Kona Grill in Stamford, CT.
It was a great meal & service. Sushi was fresh and spicy.
Tried the Satay Chicken appetizer and it was a whole chicken breast cut and placed on four skewers with two sauces for dipping.
Awesome experience!

Right on the Grand Prix 2011 Racing Route-we cannot wait to sample Kona Grill Baltimore seafood and sushi while watching the cars race by. Wow-what a restaurant location for the Grand Prrix Races!
