It has been a while since I wrote a review, but, tonight I Was inspired to write about Joss Sushi in Baltimore. This evening, my fiance and I decided to use our "LivingSocial.com" voucher for Joss sushi. We are both fans of sushi and had not yet tried Joss, but, heard great things. I am happy to say that all I heard was very true. Even without the voucher, this dinner would have been very reasonably priced on top of delicious. I do not often see Conch roll (conch is my favorite shellfish, but, not easy to find in the area). Joss offers it in their "Key West Roll" which is absolutely amazing! Only $5.95, as well! Everything was beyond fresh and the atmosphere was relaxing, calm and perfect for a lovely end to the weekend. If one has to go into Monday, one should do so after having a great meal (or so I feel). This was certainly accomplished tonight. The only part I would change is the Miso Soup. It was not bad, but, could have used a little more seasoning (then again, I have a taste for bold/spicy foods which may not appeal to everyone). Four shining stars for Joss. We will be returning.
