Went to Sunday brunch and was not impressed. The wait for some of the dishes was too long considering this was a buffet. I have been to some really nice brunch buffets and by far this is not one of them. I would pay $60 for a great buffet but this was not worth the $30 charged. The wait staff was very friendly and accomodating, however some of the other staff (awkwardly starring hostesses and the Owner who plays polite but really isnt) could use a refresher, or even inital training, on customer service. Our party requested to pay our bill with two seperate checks and the waitress happily agreed. If it could not have been accomodated we would have paid with one method but we were not infomed that this was a problem. Both transactions were approved and both receipts were signed authorizing a debit of a specific amount. Only days later we discovered my account had not been debited at all but the other account from my party had been debited for the full amount WITHOUT APPROVAL OR A LEGAL SIGNATURE authorizing. It can't be legal to sign authorizing a debit of $100 and have a restaurant deduct $200 instead and ask you to collect your money from the others in your party. The Owner, after saying he would resolve, made no effort to do so and even implied that this error may not have occured. Unbelievable!!!! He asked if the person from my party could collect the funds from me instead of them doing their job accurately. TIP: RUN! away from this place. If you are one of the loyal Donna patrons you're likely paying cash and have not had to incur this inexcusable error. Mr. Hersh, I would be very careful about how you treat your customers since they are the ones ensuring your business brings in enough money to feed your own family. If you're not willing to provide the same level of service to all customers perhaps you should put a sign on your door saying who is and is not welcomed. I AM SO NOT A FAN OF THIS PLACE!
