Real Authentic Spanish Tapas!!!
Wow, talk about authentic Tapas! Being 1st generation South American, I get adventurous every now & then in trying out places that claim they cook ‘authentic Spanish food’. Centro hit the bull’s eye here! In terms of the Hot Tapas, just to name a few, the Croquetas are as close to mom’s home cooking I’ve found to date. When ordering Arepa Mechada all of these flavors simply burst in your mouth with the first bite you take, very traditional dish growing up! A must try. Yuca frita was tasty, by the way, dip it in the red salsa sauce they serve with bread upon your arrival. The Parrillada, Cachapa and Pincho de Albondigas are absolutely delish! My only criticism would be portion size. A bit too small in terms of Tapas, there may be a possibility you might leave hungry. Do keep an eye on their wine list, they seem to be bringing in some real good Spanish wines. Service was very good and ambiance was perfect. Definitely the BEST Tapas place in town! Ole!!

Centro-authentic South American in South Baltimore
Centro is an authentic taste of South America cuisine. Went with native of the country and she cooed over everything. Recommend the croquettes, the lamb meatballs, empanadas, a nice bottle of wine and good friends-enjoy!

Went here for dinner last night and it was outstanding! The pork belly is a must try! The service was outstanding. What a great bunch of people there. Very helpful from parking to pairing wine. Tapas anyone??
