High Intensity Strength Training provides better results, requires less workout time, and proposes much less risk of injury and overuse problems. Because of the high intensity of the workout, it is important to always have a workout companion to spot, encourage and at times offer pressure or resistance as the other one lifts. We are offering the program this Valentine’s Day to couples, as an opportunity to build strength, not just in the body, but also to give you an opportunity to spend time with that loved one! This program requires attention, communication, and encouragement between training partners and is a great way to build a new bond with someone through the challenges of pushing the body and each other in an entirely new way!
