Maryland Art Place- MAP- is a nonprofit contemporary art center situated just off the Market Place Plaza at the edge of the Inner Harbor. Founded in 1981 by local artists and activists, MAP continues to play a dynamic role in Baltimore's cultural community. The center presents innovative exhibitions and events, along with public art and performance projects featuring local, regional and national artists.

This is THE week to find your way to Maryland Art Place! On Wednesday, June 23, MAP and Miami-based artist Susan Lee-Chun present "C'mon Balitmore, Let's Suz-ercise!" At 6pm in the plaza outside MAP's galleries, a troupe of Baltimore's newly certified Suz-ercisers perform an amazing peripatetic faux-fitness routine that moves from MAP to the green space near the Aquarium and back to MAP. Don't miss this one-time-only event!
