The Gypsy Queen Cafe is ready to roll and feed Baltimore

 Another Chowagon is almost ready to roll down the street of Baltimore. They're Baaack! Famed and beloved chefs, Tom Looney and Annmarie Langton Helen's Garden  serving some of their best and most loved food, but in an urban,street-food atmosphere. "We will be working the streets of Bmore day and night in the Rolls Royce of mobile food trucks," exclaims Chef Annmarie Langton!

Helen's Garden, the Canton restaurant of Tom Looney & his partner Ed Scherer, named after Tom's mother, Helen Marie Looney (of blessed memory) closed end of August.
