Internationally acclaimed Chef and Roy’s Restaurants Founder / owner Roy Yamaguchi will lend his culinary flair and “Hawaiian Fusion” expertise at Roy’s Baltimore on March 10. Chef Yamaguchi will be joined by Roy’s Baltimore’s Executive Chef Raymond “Opie” Crooks and a team of leading local chefs: Nino Germano from LaScala Ristorante; Rey Eugenio, formally of Roy’s Baltimore; John Taylor from The Oceanaire Seafood Room; and Nikki Debrouse from the Marriott Waterfront Hotel.
The combined talents of the all-star team have created a colorful five course dinner and the evening is shaping up to be nothing less than spectacular. Cost for this presentation is $75 per guest, excluding alcohol, tax and tip. Reservations are available starting from 5 pm, and can be made by calling Roy’s Baltimore at 410/659-0099.
