Award-winning mixologist, Brendan Dorr writes to remind locals of a great event this Sunday. Baltimore Bartenders' Guild's BBG's "Rye's Up Against Cystic Fibrosis" is the Baltimore Bartenders' Guild's first charitable fundraiser, helping to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Maryland. The event will be held this Sunday, February 26th at B&O American Brasserie from 6 to 9 pm.

Along with Brendan, all  Guild members will be on hand mixing their individual Join the members of the newly-established Baltimore Bartenders’ Guild for their first fundraiser, benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Maryland.

Enjoy samples of Bulleit Rye elixirs handcrafted by BBG members as well as beer, wine and small bites from local restaurants including B&O American Brasserie, Woodberry Kitchen and TenTen. Listen to live music and bid on Fabulous silent auction items. Guest judges Dave Newman of Brewer’s Art, Brian Lawrence of Style Magazine, Laurie Forster of WBAL’s The Sipping Point, and Owen Thompson of the DC Craft Bartenders Guild will be on hand to determine which BBG member’s cocktail is crowned the best of the bunch.
