This is a great place to get a peek into Baltimore's industrial and maritime history, which is quite rich. Many of the companies that started here or were long lived favorites of our native sons and daughters have donated the exhibits that grace the museum. For instance, there is a wonderful soda fountain that came from the Medical Arts Pharmacy on Cathedral Street many years ago, and there is a room showing how one of the many clothing factories operated. It's great for kids to learn and for those of us old enough to remember to reminisce.
